Adrien Bracq aka Barbatronic
Maker: I design and build complete systems, mechanics, electronics and code, to bring objects and products to life. I document everything here. I am also a teacher and head of the MakerSpace at UniLaSalle Amiens, where I help students from the whole engineering school build their prototypes.
Mechatronics engineer, first in the railway industry, then in FabLabs. For more than ten years I have been building, teaching and sharing what I learn.
What I do
- System design: mechanics, electronics and embedded code designed together, from idea to working object.
- Prototyping: 3D printing, laser cutting, milling, moulding, PCBs. The right technology for each part.
- Embedded electronics: boards, microcontrollers, sensors, actuator control.
- Robotics: my favourite playground, with the Karibous competition robots (French Robotics Cup) and home-made robots.
- Teaching: classes, MakerSpace, videos and live streams on YouTube and Twitch.
